The problem

Small business owners know their website "isn't working" but can't tell why, and agency audits are written for developers. They needed a grade they understand and a fix list sorted by who can actually do each fix.

What I built

• A WebPrint GPA: every category graded like a report card, averaged into one number
• Google's own speed test on a real phone, plus how the site shows up in search, before and after
• Google Business Profile graded against similar businesses nearby
• An Apple Maps check, so owners know whether iPhone users can find them
• Fixes tagged "you can do this", "we can do this", "needs a developer", or "blocked by your site builder"
• Password-free sign-in by email link, and one-time Stripe checkout with no subscription
